As staff, we have a lot of experience. Our longest standing staff member has been working with New Horizons for seven years. We have a superb connection with our customers because we focus on positive communication and respect for all.
We provide medium physical support & high mental health support. We are experienced with Intellectual disability and cognitive impairment.
About our current residents
The residents are happy, outgoing people and enjoy making new friends. They like to participate in activities as a group and individually, staying in and going out. Trying out food from different cultures at home or at local cafes.
Outdoor activities include going to the cinema or ten pin bowling. At home, they enjoy conversations about fashion and get creative with our makeup. During games night, our residents spend the time talking some more during craft time. There is great comradery in the home when our residents cook and watch movies together.
