We provide a safe and comfortable place to call home, right in your community, along with dedicated support that’s there for you, day and night. We’re here for those who face significant mental health challenges and are looking for extra help to live confidently and independently.

We’re dedicated to helping you thrive and stay well in your community 

Is HASI PLUS right for you?

You may be eligible for HASI PLUS support if you:

  • Experience severe and persistent mental health challenges.
  • Require intensive support to live independently.
  • Are willing to engage in a recovery-oriented program.

Available supports

Our HASI PLUS program provides a range of services to meet your individual needs.

Available supports:
  • Accommodation included in Chatswood, Narraweena, North Ryde, and Eastwood 
  • Assistance finding and maintaining suitable housing. 
  • Assistance finding and maintaining suitable housing. 
Clinical Support: 
  • Access to mental health professionals.
  • Medication management and support.
  • Crisis intervention and prevention. 
Personalised Support: 
  • Development of individual recovery plans.
  • Support with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting).
  • Assistance with accessing education and employment opportunities.
Community Connection:  
  • Support to build social connections and engage in community activities. 
  • Linkages to local support groups and services.

LP has come a long way and I’m keen to see where he goes in the future
Since coming on as LP’s support worker, he has gone from being a somewhat heavy smoker, coffee drinker and having no goals. Over the few years, LP has achieved his driver’s license, got his own car, given up smoking, doesn’t drink coffee or alcohol, takes himself up to get his own blood work done as well as other medical appointments. LP had also enrolled in TAFE in community services, completed the course and is now looking for work in the Mental Health industry. LP has come a long way and I’m keen to see where he goes in the future. LP has also had his medication reduced and quite possibly reduced even further in time.

I find it difficult to put into words how grateful I am
I want to express my appreciation and thanks for the unwavering, kind and caring support that Eleni has extended to me. She has helped me to better manage the ups and downs of Bipolar Disorder and prevent further hospitalisation since my discharge in February 2024. Additionally, Elenis kind support has helped me to gain more confidence and involve myself more in social activities.
