Luke has been at New Horizons for 15 years steering considerable growth and expansion in that time. Starting out as a support worker, he has worked in a range of Senior Leadership roles across all parts of our business, most recently as Operations Manager of Housing and Independent Living. Luke has also acted in the Chief Customer service role on multiple occasions, including, for 3 months supporting critical elements of transformation in early 2020.
