
New Horizons was one of Australia’s first ever Social Enterprises, established in 1967. From then it has grown to be an organisation that delivers a range of human services to over 4500 people each month by almost 1400 employees in NewSouth Wales and Queensland.
Luke has been at New Horizons for more than 14 years steering considerable growth and expansion in that time. He has worked in a range of Senior Leadership roles, across all parts of our business, most recently as Operations Manager of Housing and Independent Living. Luke has also acted in the Chief Customer service role on multiple occasions, including, for 3 months supporting critical elements of transformation in early 2020.
Transitioning into the Chief Customer Service Officer in December 2021, Luke was responsible for ensuring we remain at the forefront of customer excellence and that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. He oversees a range of mental health, primary care, disability, ageing, youth, homelessness, and suicide support services, in community and residential settings.

Luke is an experienced Senior leader in the health, mental health and disability industries. He has strong passion for New Horizons, leading high performing teams and delivering large and complex projects. He was pivotal in leading the transition of 17 new properties, 70 customers and 240 new staff under project SILABLE.
