Situated in a quiet street, our villas are close to Guildford shops and a train station. We have a staff vehicle onsite for any outings into the community and the visitors have plenty of street parking available.

Property is situated on a quiet street and close to Guildford shops and Train station.
This home is close to the community services such as the GP & chemists. Your weekly shop won’t take you long, the shops are only a short walk.
As for travel, you will be happy to know the public buses & trains are only a 5 to 15-minute walk away.
About the current residents
We are social and love going out for coffee or lunch. We enjoy BBQ’s, driving to the beach or fishing.
We celebrate each other’s birthdays and spend time with our families. Our community is happy and very respectful of each other.
